At Laureus Analytics®, we recognize that your dealership’s operational data is your most valuable—and vulnerable—asset. This policy outlines not only how we manage digital information through this website but, more importantly, how we govern, encrypt, and isolate the sensitive financial intelligence you entrust to us during our consulting mandates.
DATA COLLECTION & ISOLATION
We collect two categories of information: (1) Corporate Contact Data via our intake forms; and (2) Operational Intelligence (DMS exports, financial statements, inventory records).
We categorically guarantee that your Operational Intelligence is handled under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Laureus Analytics® does NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your information is never used to train competitor models or contribute to public benchmarks without your prior, explicit, and anonymized consent.
INFRASTRUCTURE & THIRD PARTIES
We utilize enterprise-grade security protocols and encrypted cloud storage to protect your files. When interacting with third-party ecosystems (e.g., CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Cox Automotive), we strictly adhere to their API security and compliance standards. While we implement industry-leading best practices to prevent unauthorized access, data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks which the Client acknowledges and accepts when engaging our digital services.
